CS90 SAS is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.<\/li><li>If a package is returned to CS90 SAS due to incorrect or incomplete information, the User will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Return, Exchange, and Right of Withdrawal Policies<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p><p>Under <strong>Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute)<\/strong>, Users have the right to withdraw from a purchase within five (5) business days after receiving the product, provided the purchase was made through electronic means.<\/p><p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, Users must:<\/p><ul><li>Notify their intention to withdraw by emailing <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">customerservice@attrybe.com<\/a><\/strong> within the specified timeframe.<\/li><li>Return the product in the same condition it was received: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags, parts, and accessories included.<\/li><li>Cover the transportation and other costs associated with returning the product.<\/li><\/ul><p>CS90 SAS will refund the amount paid by the User, without deductions or withholding, within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the right of withdrawal was exercised.<\/p><p><strong>Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.<\/li><li>Personal use items, such as underwear, socks, and scarves, for hygiene and health reasons.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Exchange and Return Policy<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Users have up to twenty (20) calendar days from receiving the product to request an exchange or return.<\/li><li>The product must be in perfect condition, unused, free of odors or perfumes, and in its original packaging, with tags, parts, accessories, and manuals included.<\/li><li>Products on promotion or special discounts are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except for warranty cases.<\/li><li>Users will bear the costs of transportation and other expenses related to the return or exchange, except in cases of warranty or dispatch errors.<\/li><li>To request an exchange or return, Users must email <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">customerservice@attrybe.com<\/a><\/strong> with their order number and details of the request.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Exchange or Return Options<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Size or Color Exchange:<\/strong> Subject to inventory availability.<\/li><li><strong>Store Credit:<\/strong> A code or virtual voucher will be issued for the paid amount, redeemable for future purchases on the Site.<\/li><li><strong>Refund:<\/strong> Applicable only for the right of withdrawal or when a refund is legally warranted.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.<\/li><li>Original shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/li><li>Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to reflect in the User&#8217;s account, depending on the processing times of the financial institution.
